In the third phase of Palm development, Soho constructed four luxurious beachfront villas on an exclusive Palm Jumeirah site. Each villa, boasting high desirability is situated on a 7,500 sq. ft. plot with over 9,000 sq. ft. of built-up space.
These villas were completed in 2021
and sold in 2022.
